Contradictory views, exacerbated by the right wing media, means no one is happy with Democrats

A happy fourth of July to all who celebrate! This week, the wokest cast on the internet catches up on the 10,000 (estimated) news stories we missed through May and June. Including but not limited to; Elon Musk posing as his own mother on Twitter, ICE pulling a gun on and assaulting an innocent teenager, a Charlie Kirk fan murdering two teen girls in the name of Charlie Kirk, Spirit Airlines going out of business, Alligator Alcatraz going out of business, the Star Fox 64 remake, and much, much more!
And after we get through all of that, we take a deep dive into possible reasons The United States cannot build a sustained left wing political movement. From a meddling right wing media machine, bad faith actors on "the left", and left wing influencers and thought leaders who abandon all principles of left wing politics in order to build their personal brand, the true left has found it impossible to develop any traction in the U.S.A.
